About Gina

Passionate, experienced & results orientated.

Gina’s main career objective is to create opportunities for others and teach what she has learned to positively influence people who enter her network through knowledge and mentoring. Gina is frustrated with the many errors & misconceptions that are blindly promoted by our “experts” and endeavours to interest people in exploring the truth about how to achieve health and wellness.

Currently Gina is teaching Health Science at WSU – The College at Nirimba Education Precinct. She is continuing her education in all things health, specifically Chronic Disease Prevention and Management, by studying a Master of Public Health at UNSW. This qualification will be completed in 2021.

Gina Ferraro – 20 years professional industry experience

Gina Ferraro is a qualified exercise physiologist with an in-depth understanding of health, wellness, fitness, and weight-loss and she has extensive experience in fitness education, fitness management, and corporate health. Gina has a solid background in exercise program development, implementation, and evaluation. She is an avid advocator of health and wellness and passionate about assisting people of all ages, abilities, & conditioning levels achieve their goals.

As an exercise physiologist Gina is highly capable of working with clients with varying injury and disease conditions. As a lecturer she is an accomplished & fun educator with methods that achieve successful understanding of information. She is also obsessive about analysing research material and ensuring that she stays well-informed to implement evidence-based guidance to others.

Gina is not a stranger to debilitating injury nor weight gain, as she suffered a major disc herniation in 2007 that rendered her immobile for almost two years and resulted in a 24kg weight gain. But Gina overcame that obstacle and though she still struggles with pain on a daily basis….Gina does not let it control her life nor her health. Because of this she is able to relate and empathise with others who face similar hurdles and this has enabled Gina to connect more effectively with them.
